No, I haven't but have used 5-HTP 50 mg X 2 a day; B-Complex 50's X 3; melatonin @9mg with good effect.

There was one trial of coQ10 and migraine - very promising, but it was an open trial (not double blind placebo controlled).  After one month of 150 mg per day, the number of migraines were reduced 13%; by three months it was reduced by over 60%.  I have taken it on and off for a heart murmur and I think it helped me.  Not really sure if it helps with clusters, but it is safe and does support a variety of processes in the body. The biggest factor is cost, but the local wharehouse club has it for a very reasonable price.

5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan or 5-hydroxy-l-tryptophan) is a natural supplement that converts in the brain into serotonin. Serotonin is an important brain chemical involved in mood, behavior, appetite, and sleep.  50mg is the amount of dosage per pill X 2 per day.
