When do you start them, before the c/h start or do i wait for the c/h to come and then start taking shrooms?

Did you even bother doing any research at all?

The answer to this question is easily answered at the clusterbusters website. In fact, the link entitled "Timing" is on the home page of the site. It is the second link entitled "Timing" that is under the fourth section entitled "CH and Psilocybin." This link is accompanied by the links "Dosing, Preparations, Ingesting." I do apologize if it seems as if this reply seems a bit rude, but I spent nearly two years reading and researching this treatment and am still learning. DO NOT proceed with the treatment until you read and learn what it is you are doing. READ, READ, READ....then read some more.

PS. I will have a complete update on my treatment soon. I'm doing better, and have started taking my lithium again. A full report on the success of my experience will be posted soon. Thanks.

Yeah use the web site it has most of the info there! But the answer is Both! Just be sure to CAREFULLY read about this treatment it is not normal and U can EASILY not do it right.

Perfectly logical question.
Do Read the CB's website and ask as many questions here as you need to, they will be answered.
Preventative doses are taken at different intervals depending on your certain situation. Let us know a little bit more info on your cycle history and such. We can walk you through it.

We totally believe in shrooms . . .read as much as you can, and ask questions . . there are people who can answer them for you!
