ok i never thought id be posting this but after having tried pretty much every med known to man and saying to hell with all these crack pot operations... i have read many, many post about people taking shrooms in one form or another and getting relief for up to 6 months. so my question is...... where the hell do you get em? i havent done any kind of "street drugs" since i was 20 years old (im 32 now) and i just cant see myself standing on a corner trying to score some shrooms. nor can i see any of you guys doing the same thing. i have no clue how to grow the right kind myself or what kind to look for in the wild. not to mention, i live in the city, the is no "wild" for me to hunt mushrooms in anyway. can someone please help me out? its time i tried the last straw, i just need a little help. you can pm me if you like, but someone please help a fellow sufferer out.

Clusterbusters is the place to start for clusterheadache sufferers. Unfortunately, clusterbusters is not the prime place to research on how to grow them yourself. They do have a link to the shroomery on the site, but the shroomery website is down. So I suggest going to www.Nansnook.com or www.theomc.com and read the archives and message boards and learn all the different Teks available for growing small amounts in the privacy of your home. It's easy and inexpensive. Go with the PF Tek, EQ spores, and poor mans pod and you can't go wrong.

For less than the price of one Imitrex injection you can complete this experiment, not all that much money considering the long term benifit you may get. We all must spend our money where we get the most bang for the buck. ;)

sorry, that doesnt help either, i cant take imitrex, it doesnt work on my ch AND gives me chest pains like you wouldnt believe so i have no payment refrence to go by. anyway....... maybe this was just a bad idea. when your just comming out of an attack and your head is tender as hell you will think of pretty much anything to relieve the pain. so maybe shrooms isnt the best idea, however, i would be intrested if anyone knows if our neuro's can prescribe something that maybe contains the same basic chemical as whatever it is in shrooms that stops the ch attacks? that might be very helpful. again, sorry if i came across like a junkie looking for a fix earlier but i KNOW you can all agree with me that the pain can get to you in some pretty fu**ed up ways. thanks again. ----N

Well, here's a reference for ya.
If you've been chronic for 4 years with no relief and you don't want to invest 20 bucks and a few weeks into possibly finding something that will help, then you've got a bigger problem than clusters.
If I lived with chronic clusters, in a refrigerator box ....I'd be putting an extra tin cup out on the sidewalk.

You can purchase the bare necessities for probably 20 bucks and "wing it" with the rest of the supplies to do enough to grow what you would need to test this out.

Purchasing all the supplies is legal in 48 states.

Sansert so I am told is the only prescription cluster med derived from hallucinogens (LSD) that I know of, sadly I have heard it is no longer sold in the U.S. but may be available elsewhere. If not for trex, verapamil, lithium and shrooms I’m not to sure I would be typing this. If you have clusters seek out every means possible to rid yourself of some if not most of the agony. Some artificial boundaries must be crossed to achieve this. By the way O2 works wonders for some as well.

Hi!

I can get, and probaly send U shrooms. No problem. I use 2 take a lot 2 party on.
However, U have 2 b in the right frame of mind when taking it. If not U can easily go on a bad trip. Just like with most drugs.

Just 2 tell U what happened 2 me after reading how shrooms can stop the pain. I took 2 grams and ended up phoning the emergency unit at the hospital where I have been treated like I'm insane by the docters on duty over the years. Whenever I would get these attackes and not knowing what they were. They would b so nasty just bcause they did not no what was wrong with me. Anyway I lost the plot. I was on the ph. with a doctor 4 almost 2 hours. Whilst tripping on shrooms and going through pain. I got all obsessed and demanded that he must put up a notice in the emergency ward. That should anybody arrive complaining of severe headaches they must at least make sure 2 give the person something 4 pain instead of treating them like they did me 4 so many years.

I tell U, I spend all my time trying 2 get him 2 commit himself 2 doing that. The idiot chose 2 keep treating me like I'm mad.

Well I left it at that. I do remember getting very depressed as well. So much that I vowed never again.
Point bing the shrooms did not abort my attack and it certainly did not cure it. choice is yours.

After having said all that. I must tell U that should U want me 2 send U shrooms. U must first clear it with the "officials" cause I dont want 2 come across as a dealer but simply as somebody that knows where 2 get the goods. And 2 help U should U need it.

I have read the same info you have, and understand your predicament. I myself have not tried them, and when I was a young partier knew of people who did and procured them through the drug channels. This is usually not an option anymore as you said your 32 and getting arrested for this would suck. I suggest looking into the mushroom festival in Telluride Colorado. This would be a good place to start. I am not saying to as much go there, but to search on the web. I am sure you can find the people you need to talk to through this search. I have never been to this festival, but read a very interesting article about it, and these people use this not only for recreation but for healing.

Second to Un_Solved's post . . .ergot is similar, in that it has hallucenigenci properties, so cafergot, DHE, wygaine (sp?) and that whollllllleeee family.
