Ok, I have gotten off all meds except Verapamil and O2. My plan is two start really low with .5 dried grams and then dose every 7 days increasing the dose by .5 grams each time until I go 7 days without having an attack. Does this sound like a good system to follow?

PS - Just so you know, I'm chronic. So, I think I need to start at a higher dose, but on the other hand, I've never done these things before, so....what do ya'll think?

Need to ask Flash, pinkfloyd, PinkSharkMark, or Ueli. Maybe PM them for answers. They're the experts on this.
