Is it true that taking some oral triptans means you can't use Imitrex injections (at same time)??? Like Frova, Maxalt, etc.

ANY TRIPTAN counts within the rule of how many doses you can have in any 24 hour period. So you cannot have 2 doses of Imigran AND 2 doses of Frova/Zomig etc. That would effectively be the same as 4 of Imigran.

this could be dangerous to your heart

YES...don't mix the Triptans without consulting a neuro about exactly what you've taken and what else you wanna take. Wendy's right, you're asking for a heart attack !

My meds:

100 mg Wellbutrin
100 mg Lamictal
200 mg Seroquel
1 mg Klonopin
Imitrex nasal and injection as needed.

This is my routine.

I have been on many anti-depressants and anti-convulsants. The list is enormous.

I wonder if my mind is going to mush.

Well.....about to go to bed and hope to not be awakened by the beast.....

What a blessing. My Grandmother on my mothers side was hospitalized 3 times in her lifetime for mental illness. When I knew her....she was fucking nuts.

Oy, It sort of skipped my Mum (well....she is a bit nutty).
I have OCD, severe depression, hypomania, and anxiety.
And of course, CHs.

But hey, at least I am not feeling like I am Jesus, Napolean, or an alien who told me to destroy the earth or they will do it before me. Basically a little pyschotic behavior and Schizophrenia and I am a pyschiatric test subject. Forget the mice and monkeys. Use me.

And oh, rest??? I don't know how sometimes, like late at night when I should go to bed, but end up here writing 15 posts. Oy.
