Title: no2 hemodilator Post by EL on Mar 2nd, 2004, 3:47pm Hi guys , I got a question and want to see if some one can help me out. I lift weights and exercise regularly and also take supplements from time to time. Things like creatine and no2.. NO2 is arginine alpha-ketogltarate..It helps with the creation and release of nitric oxide. Somewhere i read that some meds for ch are arginine inhibitors.. Is that right? Does that mean taking no2 would not be good? Little thrown aback on what I should do. The NO2 pills help in "widening of the blood channels leading to skeletal muscles through the mechanism of amplified blood flow." Per the info on NO2 " Nitric oxide is the cell-signaling molecule responsible for blood flow, oxygen delivery, glucose uptake, muscle velocity, power output, and gene-expression, or muscle growth. By sustaining nitric oxide levels in the skeletal muscles, NO2 generates its sustained hemodilation. The channels that deliver muscle building agents to the muscle cells become forced open and remain that way throughout the day." Its great for gaining strength and growth but not sure if it will hurt my ch or make it worse.. |

If I am not mistaken that is a certain trigger for most. Or am I thinking of something else? |
