My cycle/bout last for 3month 24hrs per day and occur every 5yrs +/-. Since this duration is too long for accepted treatments, my doctor pointed me in the right direction. I use a combination of clonazapam and esgic. both can be issued in very close to needed doses for 4 attachs per day/nite. for the last 20 years I would find relief as long as medicine was in system (tried all treatments) and missed about 1 out of 3days of work(job loss). using this combination i only had about 2-3 straight weeks of 2-4 attaches nocturnally, instead of 12 weeks. i seem to be in remission at about 1 1/2 months. only had about 3-5 headaches total during the day and only missed 2 days in the past 30 days of work. hope this helps someone
