Anyone here tried Migranal nasal spray (DHE) with success?

Yep. In combination with O2 it worked great for me, but I switched to Maxalt as my artery shrinking abortive because it worked just as well and didn't leave my nasal passages stuffed up for half a day like the Migranal did.

I've also had the intravenous DHE treatment about 2.5 months ago, and it stopped my runaway cluster cycle dead in its tracks - for three days. It then came back with a vengeance before it took a hike for the time being.
