;) Here is an interesting article I found about Mozart curing epilepsy. If you listen to Sonata in D, it is supposed to help stop siezure activity. I wonder if it helps clusters, you just never know! I've certainly tried wierder things...

I know I have tried some weird things.......was suggested to try the following and actually did try them at one time (BTW NONE WORKED) tried standing on my head during a hit...NOPE just looked stupid, tried "kettle coffee", tried sniffing cayenne pepper ... just burned like hell!.....tried the water tip..... nope just peed alot, tried sleep deprivation...nope! Just a few lol....anyone else have some stupid "home rememdies" they have tried that they'd like to add?

The strangest thing I heard about epilepsy was someone who consistently had seizures when exposed to the voice of Mary Hart, a host on an entertainment TV show. Flickering fluorescent lights can set off epilepsy in many people with the condition. There was even an outbreak of epilepsy in Japan caused by flickering lights on a kids cartoon. Epilepsy is definitely affected by rhythm.

Cluster headaches involve much slower rhythms, on the whole (24 hour and 365 day cycles). I don't know of any reason to reccommend Mozart to people with CH, but I like Mozart enough to do so anyway. Music by Mozart is a powerful form of vitamin M.

He had headaches throughout his life. And "The Magic Flute" is exactly like a cycle - it quiets down and you think its over, then BAM! it springs up again ... He may have taken the rhythm for a cluster cycle and mapped into into a composition. It is well known that Mozart was an Illuminati - was he working with the Beast, or against him??

There is some anecdotal info that listening to Mozart helps with migraines. Whatever gets you throught the night.

best for tension headaches: Chromatic Fantasy on harpsichord by Jan Pietersz Sweelinck.

Some effect during migraines.
Never tried it during a cluster, though.

I love Mozart. He is my favorite! I listen to him several times a week. Hasn't effected my clusters any but sure does help me to relax and stay calm when getting hit.
