Does anyone know about Lithium slowing your metabolism down? I am hypothyroid already! My Neuro is talking about putting me on Lith, and I'm wondering about the weight gain. Anybody have any feedback? I'm chubby, cold, and losing my hair already!

I'v been on Lithobid 900 mg / day for twelve years or so, had a thyroid test last month and the result was normal, your mileage may vary.
