Forgot to ask if anyone has had any success with the use of a Neti Pot.  Let me know if you have ever used one and what came of it.

may I ask ... WTF is a neti pot ? Am I the only one the doesn't know ?

It is a small pitcher. Fill it with saline solution, tilt the head back, and pour the saline through the nose into the sinus.  Then drain. Can help with some sinus problems. Neti pots have been used a long time in Asia.  A high tech alternative involves modifying a water pick so that it has a low pressure tip that doesn't rip the sinuses to shreds.
