It came to my attition today that a few people think I am totally against shrooms, because I have posted I would not try them. I as others here have our reasons for not trying them. I am not going to put anyone down for using them. I am not going to try to turn them away from using them. If using them rids them of pain I am happy for them.

We are all adults here and we all have brains, and we know whats right for us. I don't have or know all the big words some of you use here in your post. I am just a everyday housewife and all I am really good for is taking care of my family and home. Not being the smartest person around. I would think each and everyone of you would always research any type of drug you take no matter what. I am not a trusting person when it comes to drugs I go behind my doctor and check everything out, just incase he missed something! I don't leave my health care up to others I do my own research.
That was the whole idea behind this shroom thing. Some tried it it worked for them. The thing I like most about the people that try shroom they post the bad and the good, so you can make up your own minds what to do. I for one am glad people have the guts to step out and try to help themselfs. I thank then for all the information they are giving people. I also thank them for always respecting me for what I believe. I would never tell a cancer sufferer they shouldn't smoke pot. If it helps them it helps them and I would stand up for them and these people who use shrooms for their pain.
Its not what I choose to do. Just because I don't choose it don't mean I think the ones that do are wrong.

What I am against is Pain and suffering! I am against familys being tore apart because they have to pay medical bills, over food and clothing. I am against the high cost of insurance and the fact we don't get much for our money. I am against a lot of stuff but not against doing what you have to to be pain free.

I just wanted to make that clear for people who think I am against this cause I am not! Now I will shut up and go back to my housewife duitys ;-)!

Well, as you can obviously see here Elaine is fully against shrooms and asks anyone who has had good results with them to deny the fact. The important fact isn't if they have helped you but if you realize how you can join Nancy Reagans War on Relief.
Elaine, have people really been bugging you for saying your piece on the issue? Like there is only one piece on the issue? That's semi-rhetorical because I'm betting there are. Well, Elaine, as I try to tell everyone when we get to political discussions here, There's two sides to every issue. The thing is, I'm right you're wrong!

Elaine, there will always be stupid people around.

You say you're not smart, well, for my money you are plenty smart.
And 'specially now I have seen you and spoken to you, I KNOW you are smart.

Black-or-white, right-or-wrong asses (like Ted says) - now there you are talking stupid.

I am for shrooms, because I can get them legally and they (seem to) work for me. I don't know what I'd do if they were suddenly banned.

And I would be even happier if the stuff were to be put in pills for us to take. Fater all, opium is a baaaad drug and they put into medications...

I guess I said that all wrong as always.

What I was saying was, don't ask me to go up against anything or anyone for their believes, for what relieves their pain cause I won't!

I believed in a treatment many did not and I went against what others said and I am here today, because I went with something I had faith in. If someone believes in something I am not going to interfer, I am going to cheer them on. The only way I get mad is if something I don't believe in something and it is pushed down my throat!

I believe both shoomers and non shroomers are right!

Now I have to go put down gravel and some stepping stones for a walk way we are doing. My break is over :-)

I agree. I think it is cool that folks have the guts to do what has been done. I, personally, cannot do it due to the legallity, and job issues, but it is research aimed at kicking the beast's ass and that is good.

Well said, Elaine. To me this goes for shrooms & opioids. If it helps you and is used responsibly.

Nobody can feel your pain quite like you can.

I know you aren't against shrooms. You even added the link to our original shrooms info site from your headaches support groups site.

Anyone who thinks you are against them doesn't know you very well.
