Good Morning and WELCOME to the CLUSTER VILLE!

I’ve been using Lidocaina (10%) for 10 years, It is a local anesthetic and when I have 6/7 attacks a day Lidocaine is a good alternative to Imitrex/Imigran.
For me it works, the only disadvantage is that it can bring tolerance. You have to spray it on the nostril many times or you have to go to doctor to teach you how to make tampon on the nose, so that it effects sooner.  In Italy it is very difficult to find it, I get it only in the hospital. I don’t know how it runs in USA. I hope it works for you too!

Good luck and PFDAN,

Zaira  :'(

Tried it a couple of cycles ago.  4.5% lidocaine nasal spray in a little pump bottle.  Didn't help me at all.

I haven't tried it yet but I have a bottle of the stuff and I'm supposed to drip in.

I will give it a go next time I guess.
