I started taking Verapamil around the first of the year for the first time. I was in a nasty cycle at the time but it has since ended.
On the advice of my Dr. and many here, I'm still taking a low dose of 120mg daily.
My problem is constipation >:(! this stuff has my system all out of whack as far as being regular goes.
I've been eating lot's of fiber w/out very good results.
Any suggestions? Anyone else have this problem?

JDH i'am on verapamil 240mg 2x aday.
I use metamucil smooth texture twice a day. Try a small bottle first and see if it helps you i been taking it for years works great for me.
