Howdy Neighbor I am from Madison WI.
I applied for disability for ch/depression.  I was able to prove I was getting hit 8x daily for chonic ch.  I showed them I was in the er 4x every month for 3 straight years.  I showed them I missed work frequently and when I was at work I couldn't focus and concentrate and was moody and bit everyone's head off because of the constaint pain I was under.  I threw in as a side note that I suffered from depression for having my life stolen as a result of cluster headaches and that I took an antidepressent.  I was awarded disability benefits on my first try.  However, it was for depression and not for the ch.  That really confused me but I took it and have gladly accepted it.  I was on it for two years and just had a review to see if my condition still existed and was approved for three more years of disability.

Nathan I am going to be in La Crosse on 5/10 to see my Mother in law.  If you would like to meet for an hour or two let me know and we could meet someplace public like a resteraunt for supper or lunch.  My husband would be coming along.  You could bring a friend also if you wanted.
