If you are ever worried about anxiety, restlessness, and general worrisome discomfort, I highly recomend the herb skullcap while on the mushy's. Hell, I recomend it even if your'e not worried about it, it just seems to make the whole trip a lot easier to deal with, and even helps with the headache. I suggest looking through the internet for info, most herbs shops sell it though. Also a big help when you want to sleep.
