Going to the h/a Dr for a follow up tonight and since I've been pf for almost 3 weeks after a 6 month long cycle and I'm wondering if it's safe to cut back (but not not quit) on the Verapamil. I'm currently using 480mg daily.
I've read on here of people who stay on a low dose all the time so when the CH's start they don't have to go through the waiting period of getting it into your system.
