anyone tried frovanol?
getting a script to try tomorrow wondered if anyone knew about it. vasioconstrictor ???

I tried it on http://www.rxlist.com/ and the nearest match is "FERR/FUM/DSS", an Iron preparation.

I tried it on http://www.google.com/ and got as answer:
Your search - frovanol - did not match any documents.
No pages were found containing "frovanol"

Google suggests:
- Make sure all words are spelled correctly.

To this I have nothing to add.

jonmach - do you mean "frovatriptan" ?
Try the search button (upper right) and type in *frov*. I got lots of hits from past posts.

my neuro told me frova once taken should keep me ha free for 24 hours. It only keeped me ha free for 2 hours and then another ha would kick in. I found it as effective as imitrix without the time benefit.

Jonmach,
My dr. gave me this med. called FROVA,he wanted me to take it 1-hour before bed( so i could sleep ),i took it 2-times( Sept. 11,12 )it did not work for me,on the 13 th. i woke up with one of the most powerful attacks i have ever had that lasted several hours ( i injected myself with imatrix 2-seperate times with no releif whatsoever
( that was the only time that imatrix has failed to give me releif ),if you are going to take this med.you are suppose to stay away from the imatrix ( could have a stroke ) so they say.If this frova works for you and you want some,send me an e-mail with your address and i will mail you a box of it ( free of charge ).BTW,the imatrix has never failed since then,it was the frova in my system that fucked up my love ( imatrix ). hmmmmmmm lots to digest here...
thank you all for your help..... i picked up a weeks worth of samples here but i got to tell ya i am reluctant.
i had luck with imatrex for a week or 2 ....3 or 4 years ago and then it made the demon go off the charts. i thought i was a dead man......gave kip scale 10 NEW MEANING! i dont know if i want to even try anouther triptan....
since then i have been free of synthetic drugs and treated myself total nutritionally... i know there are many here that flame nutrition but i have done much better than the medical system ever did for me.... and i covered the gamit from soup to nuts in the pharmacuticals availible to posibly help C H's ....
