??? I am imune to verampamiel the side effects of Dezeriel I see are not worth taking. 22 october I will see my neoro again. What now?. I tryd the safest medications. Do I try verampamiel again or do I start somthing elce?

Joke - are you using any abortives? Imitrex, Oxygen? Did you check out the "medical info" button on the upper left, or the OUCH site for other preventatives. There are tons of great info on these two sites. Verapamil is working for me.

I think that I read somewhere here that CH seems to accomodate itself to some treatments and they become useless. Perhaps like some anti-biotics that regain their effectiveness after withdrawl, your CH drugs that were no longer effective, may be worth a second chance.

Just an idea and good luck with your neurologist.
