I believe the recent study of capsaicin therapy is important and the results could soon offer abortive relief.

For those of you who have not heard of my method:
At the first symptoms of an attack, use a spoon or an eye dropper to place about one teaspoon of hotsauce, like Tabasco UNDER your tongue. Note: The hot sauce will not burn unless you get it on your lips or on top of your tongue. Hold it there for a few minutes, and don't swallow unless you must. The capsaicin can sometime abort an attack, especially if you do this at first symptoms. Oxygen, and even Imitrex abortives also work best if you administer at the first indications of an impending attack.
