I have suffered from Cluster headaches for the past 5 years and up until about 3 months ago they were daily.Almost like clockwork they would occur when I finished work.My darling wife has done heaps of research and I now take Melatonin which is available over the counter at supermarkets or chemists.I take anywhere from 3 to 6 per day and my headaches are almost non existent.I have not used an Imigran nasal spray for two months and I have used about 5 ergodryl in 3 months instead of at least 3 per day.I am 48 years old.Try it- it may work for you. :)
