Have had CH pain for about 46 years. Finally in 1996 I tried a technique and it worked 100% of the time for three episodes (96, 98 & 02). Read my message on the Guest page dated Jun 7, 02 by John Barnes. Hope this works on someone besides myself. Good luck.

Hey John
Glad to hear you found a med-free way to kill the beast.
Others have also reported med-free techniques. Some use vigorous exercise and Charlie has a technique to move blood to the hands.
