Title: Zomig Tip.... Post by Jackie on May 25th, 2002, 5:22am Blake uses both Zomig and Imitrex. He gets faster results from Imitrex but says that the Zomig holds much longer....up to a minimum of eight hours. When he's having a really bad time (lots of attacks during the night) taking a Zomig at bedtime allows him a good nights sleep. Might be worth a try.... :) Jacks 8) |

Title: Re: Zomig Tip.... Post by Lori on Jun 6th, 2002, 4:12pm I agree about the zomig..it lasts a lot longer than most even though it takes about 1/2 to kick in. Since my HA's were tolerable, I could handle waiting a 1/2 hr. The preventative meds worked great for me though. That's a good tip though to do the imitrex to kick in quickly and zomig to hold you over. |
