Well, ever since I took the liquorice 3 weeks ago and got that great big whopping attack, I have been getting hit big time.

So I am back on Verapamil (to the detriment of my stomach and ankles) and do not dare to go without meds long enough to try the shrooms again.

Chronics don't have a choice but I have. Vera at 240 mgs a day helps. Just replenished my stock (doctor is an angel as to that) and am set to up doses and go on for months.

If I forget to take my noon pill I get twitches and half attacks during the afternoon so I know I am still in cycle.

But the pattern of attacks has changed radically = no 2 hour wake-ups at night (and that was unmedicated, mind you), just a few attacks in the daytime and evening, and the midnight special. Also, the twinges and little stabs on the left continue unabated. NOT clusters maybe? No change-over?

You can say what you like about clusters...
