:) Hi there folks. I wanted to know if anyone has heard anything about Melatonin as a treatemnt for CHs?

Also, I just wanted to share the fact that since taking shrooms twice in December and going off all meds, I have been relatively (except for a few strong shadows) CH free.

Maybe you should ask yourselves what all those meds are actually doing for you.

BTW, I've had CHs for 10 years now. Not a veteran but not a rookie by any means. 8)

i've been taking it at night . 3mg for a month, then 6mg for the last 3 weeks. ch's stopped but i started depakote too. so who knows. i really just like it cause i'm hoping it will help me sleep sometime soon. if not soon i will stop. i think it's a big nothing
shroom didn't work for me :(
