Eposodic since '72. DHE45 no longer works. Just got 6mg vials of Imitrex. What dosage has worked for you?

I have used anywhere from 1/3 a shot to 1/2 a shot. Depends on the severity i guess. I start with 1/3 then if the pain doesnt go away within 15min i will use 1/2.

I have never had to use a whole shot (6mg) to get rid of the pain. Usually a lower dose works for me.
