Title: We really have to learn to Post by barbee on Mar 31st, 2002, 9:41pm :) :)relax our heads. I went without CH for 10 days, with concentration on relaxing my head and deep breathing. Then yesterday, lots of company, noise, lots of waiting on relatives, kids, cooking, serving, clean up, and guess what, ---big CH.!! I find that when the pain starts I involuntarily start holding my breath. It's hard to breathe deeply when it hurts. So don't let it start. Think about your head, and take those deep breaths! |

Title: Not for me Post by ave on Apr 1st, 2002, 5:05am Sorry, barbee, does not work for me. I get along best when I am overstressed and under-slept. As soon as I relax (with or without meditation, deep breathing, mantra's and all) I get hit worse. It works that way for some. |
