any one else to take 9mg/night of melatonin

neuro said to take that much. i'm just taking 3mg a night though.

how long do i take it until i know that it aint working?

Hi Judy:

I take 2 mg of melatonin 30 minutes before bed.I read that 3 mg is correct, but I poroved with 2 mg and it worked
When I began to take it 11 months ago it last a week to relief me from the pain I was in a very bad cycle then adn when I began to take M, I had two more crisis, but they were very soft. Then the pain disapeared for 11 months!!
I know I am not in remision because I have had some shadows when the cycle begins.

Now I don't take melatonin every days: I take it a day and a day not ( do you understand?) I don't know how to say in english: today I take, tomorrow I will not take and the day after tomorrow I'll take again (ha, ha, excuse me for my poor words, ha ha) ;D
really I think that 9 mg is too much[Well Judy, mail me if you want to know more about melatonin I love it!!! :-*

Please read all the other posts on Melatonin, 9mgs. is not generaly advised. But I am no expert on this subject. Check the older posts for more information.
