i just tried the spray for the first time and it worked a bit quicker than the pill. however, i thought i was being poisoned by the taste of it after about ten minutes. has anyone tried this, and is it supposed to taste so badly?

I find the ns works in about 10 to 15 min for me. Much better than the pill and definetly much better than getting several shots a day. :) Yes the ns will cause some drainage. :( Make sure you tip your head back some that will lessen the drainage. I drink a can of soda pop when I take some ns to kill the taste or eat a piece of chocolate. The price we pay for fast acting, painless relief.

ns never worked for me. tasted nasty too. i agree. nothing beats the injections. nothing

ns worked for me. injections are faster, though.
as for the taste, it's a different way to lose some weight.

ns spray used to work great for me too. 5 or 10 minutes. I always looked at that nasty taste as proof that I would feel better soon!
