;D I had mentiond that I was going to try a headache roller that is used by migrain sufferers.
Seeming most of the medication we use is also used by migrain sufferes I thought I would have a go at experimenting with something that is not yet in our Ch vocabulary of medication:
I have now used it for some time and am sure it is not a placebo effect I am getting.
Ckronic sufferers that despite high medication still have several attacks a day at a scale of 4 to max 6 this is a form of relief. If you have ever used ice this is about the same relief you will get. Ice you can not always find but this you can always carry with you.

Migrana Hoofdroller.
the firm that maks it is AROMED.
way of using: apply to the hairline. ( I also apply it to the sleep at my hairline and behind the eerand douwn my neck.)
