excuse me for being an idiot but I can not find the rc seed preparation on clusterbbusters. Anyone have this handy or where I am missing it on the site?

Easiest and fastest method of all.
1)Crush seeds with pliers, grind in fingers and 2)dissolve under tongue.
15 minutes time from crush to effect.

Tastes like dirt but better than the solution.

alternate; crush/grind seeds and soak 2 hours in 2 oz water.
