to those who have clusterbusted there where out of this mess, i have a question. Have any of you still taken Benadryl at night while detoxing? I'm getting hit every hour on the hour while trying to sleep while just begining to taper off meds. i want to start benadryl tonight and maybe even take it while detoxing 5 days with no imitrx, lithium, or verapamil in my system. ANy thoughts or should I just bring the tank to bed with me to save the trip up the stairs.

Hi Kev

Use the oxygen only if you can.

Occasional benadryl probably wont hurt initially, but make sure that has dissipated in your system as well for maximum benefit of the seeds.
Not sure of the interactions (LSA vs benadryl active ingredients) if taken at at same time.
Seems lithium has its own course for detoxing. See doc or others will input.

i used melatonin and breath right stips for sleep. i detoxed everything even tylonol and had some good results. it took about 2 days for the melatonin to kick in but it does make you very sleepy. the i also kept a tall glass of ice water in the fridge for those 3 am attacks. feel free to pm me if you have any questions

johnny....I gave up on melatonin this time around as it wasn't doing jack. I have 1 imtrex injection that I'll use tonight on the first headache.. Just to give me one last good night of sleep before it really starts getting bad. I'll give the breath right strips a shot since I have some anyway.

MJ......Also will be coming down quickly from lithium. Still at 1200 mg but only have about 1 and a half supply left. So thats all for that. Hoping to give this a go on Friday
