Title: Cold Air Delivery Systems/Apparatus Post by mcashes on Mar 6th, 2008, 8:16am I know this must have been discussed here previously, but I haven't been able to find the threads. I'm looking to find information on the types of cold air delivery systems some of you folks are using. I learned of this abortive technique here in the last few days (I'm a newbie, and blessed to have found you) and I know it works for me, but my head just doesn't fit in the freezer too well. Just point me to the previous posts, thanks! |

Once you get O2 a world of possibilities opens up.
These are the solutions I've used and heard of. I'm sure others have tricks too. -Dennis- |

Title: Re: Cold Air Delivery Systems/Apparatus Post by brewcrew on Mar 6th, 2008, 10:24am Nothing will cool your head faster than one or two of those "blue goo" ice packs you keep in the freezer. I'm pretty sure you can get them at just about any drugstore. Also, chiropractors usually sell them in their office. Cold air is good, but surface-to-surface contact with an ice pack that is below freezing is the best. |
