I know this is a stupid question, but I'm new and I'm still trying to learn the language. I keep seeing you guys refer to kudzu, that it helps with pain relief. I'm really looking for things that will help with relieving the shadows. where do I find kudzu? is it a pill? how do I take it? how much? thanks for the help.

thanks for the link, I guess what I'm learning is that there is no easy or magical answer to anything that has to do with cluster headaches.
