So I have been warned about taking imitrex and zomig nasel spray within the same 24 hour time span. What happens if I do this? Any dire consequences?

I second that. Don't try it.
I have both only because the insurance companies don't give us enough fpr the month. I start with one and when I run out I switch to the other. Plus I continue to refill prescriptions even when out of cycle.

Agreed. I did this once. Did not die, but did not feel all that great, then again, I had a CH, probably would not have cared a lot at the time :(

Wise not to do it.
