I made it through another round of Histamine. The attacks stopped ! ;;D

Got a new DSL connection. It SUCKS !! SLow ass pos. I'm used to 10.0 meg broadband so it's a big downgrade !!

Ok ... where were we ?? What did I miss ?

Welcome back, Michael. Glad to hear that the attacks have stopped and that histamine desensitization has worked for you again. :)

I was only thinking about you this morning and wondering if you were out yet! Its good to have you back and its even better that you're pain free!

Woohoo! Glad to hear the histamine did the trick once again.

As to the internet being "slow," when you get less than a 26.4k connection then you can bitch about slow internet.

I originally meant for this to be posted on the general board ... but I wasn't thinking I guess. lol

26.4 k ?? That sure does sound like dial-up ? Do people still use that method ?? I thought it was illegal or immoral ?? lol ... j/k ... The only thing good about my new connection is ...there are no wires !! I got my own 'hot spot' going on now with a new laptop !! But sometimes I have to wait a couple of seconds for a page to load ... I hate that !! lol ;;D

And oh yea .... --> HISTAMINE ROCKS !!!

LOL ... I just called and complained about my new connection speed, letting them know it's been a big downgrade, and they doubled my speed !! I'm now at 3.0 meg downloads. !! :P It's a little better ! It'll have to do for now ::)

Hey Unsolved,

I've been through 2 histamine desensitizations at diamond who's your doc mine is Urban .They worked for me too.And I agree Histamine rocks. [smiley=headbanger.gif]. I hope yours lasts as long as my 1st time it was 8 years.Good Luck.

Thanks Dave! Glad to hear it helps you too. I know Dr. Urban. I've met with him many times in the hospital. I liked him and thought he was a great doctor. My doctor is Dr. Merle Diamond. She's helping the headaches more than anyone else ever did.

I've had a little bad luck with the Histamine this time around. I'm going to post about it. It worked ... completely stopping the attacks but only for 2 1/2 weeks. Last time it worked for 2 months or so. So I wish it would've worked for longer. :-/

When I go a very rare thing happens The histamine takes about 2 to 3 weeks to even start working.Dr Urban says thats very rare.But when it finally takes affect it workes for a long time 8 years the first and 2 years the second time.Good Luck.
