Anyone have experience with this tea. I found it on my search for CH and caffeine.

Celestial Seasonings has Madagascar Vanilla Red, and several other brands have different teas with rooibos. I'm an herb tea lover, always have been, and they are good. I think my favorite rooibos also had citrus and was from Trader Joe's.

It's like a lot of things that I later read about, like ginger root. Just liked it because it tasted good.

I live in South Africa where most of the Rooibos Tea comes from (translates from Afrikaans to English as Red Bush Tea)

I've been drinking this stuff for 30 years or more, but can honestly say it has absolutely no effect on CH.

Taste great though. My favourite is the Earl Grey Rooibos.

I am from Cape Town.

I checked out the Africa CH site. I see it is administered by our very own Jasmine (Jazz) from Moz.

Not much going on in the way of postings there apart from a few from Jazz herself (mostly for alternatives like shrooms and acid) + plus some idiots punting Viagra!

Most of the few posts there seem to pre-date Dec 06 so the word is not out yet about the site. I see Nani has been there a few times.

Bit perturbed to see ads/links for (semi-legal?) crack and warez sites on the home page. Is this how we want to sponsor CH sites - by promoting software piracy (sorry Jazz)

I think I will stick to this board for now as it is far more lively and current. Nice try though.
