Those who have tried taurine, what kind of side effects did you have?

Hi Sanna,
None that I noticed.
I drink Red Bull pretty regularly anyway so adding another 2,000 - 3,000 mg. of Taurine to my daily diet didn't seem to do anything at all. Between the drink and the pills I was up to as much as 6,000 mg. or more of Taurine daily.

A bad taste in my mouth, kinda like someone mixed Red Bull and Jagermeister together.

Hi Sanna
Apart from some mild diarrhea nothing but relief.
Have been on 3 X500mg Taurine & 3X500mg Magnesium for nearly a year now & loving life.

Thanks, guys!

I just finished my taurine trial, 500mg taurine for 50 days.

I noticed this: mild discomfort on few days and more on the day after the trial (yesterday). I'm not sure if its due to taurine, but the few hits I had during the trial, hits were harder to get rid of. They were milder, but persistant.

Now, let's see what happends next.
