Ok, so after reading all this, do Kudzu capsules (150mg) do anything? i cant find the seeds and have been taking the capsules for 3 weeks, Zero joy.

Kudzu and seeds are different. Kudzu supplements are made from roots and leaves. It will often work as a very effective prevent. 150 mgs a day probably won't help much, though. Here's a kudzu FAQ :

Take the recommended dosage.    I took Nature's Way, and took 2 capsules 3x's a day.

Important to take them at the same time each day....and take the same dosage each day.

Kudzu was like a miracle drug for me.   I haven't taken any meds for my CH since tapering off the Kudzu, Dec., 05.   I do use 02...so suppose some would consider that a treatment.
