Title: Clustermasx assembly info needed
Post by nani on Mar 10th, 2007, 12:12am
I took my masx apart, and now I can't remember how to put it together.  :-[
Anybody got a pic? Hap? I need to know where all the little pieces go, cuz the way I have it, I can't get any air through it at all, LOL. I know...I'm a dork.
I needed it before (fortunately it was a short lived hit) but I had to ride it out. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Love, the dork

It's been awhile since we had ours.  Mr. Happy might be a good resource (pictures and all).

Hi nani,
This is the only one I have in my files.  I hope this helps.
Hugs.   Pat

I don't use the T junction and exhaust valve.  I hooked mine up so the tube and bag piece connect directly to the mask.  The only place the o2 can go is either in the bag or in my lungs.  Keeps a positive o2 pressure in the mask and I don't have to worry about the exhaust valve leaking and me sucking in outside air.  I do have the one valve installed so I can't breathe back into the bag.  When I exhale, I just loosen up pressure on the mask and let the air escape around the seal, then push the mask tighter against my face to inhale.

Sorry you had to ride one out.  Ain't it amazing how spoiled we get once we have the right tools to deal with this crap.

Mike
