Since the start of my present cycle in September I have been taking 6.5 mg of Ambien CR each night prior to sleep with stellar results. Tried melatonin with mixed results, but this stuff is like magic. Sleep thru most nights, but get hit per normal around 5am. Ambien CR probably habit forming, but don't really care as it is so effective for me. Anyone else have experience with this
product?

My mother was on Ambien and she sang like a bird, it was a good time to ask her questions - lol. She got the munchies and in the morning didn't remember what we were talking about. How kool is that?!

Don't remember her getting dependent on it or anything, cuz when she couldn't get a script for it anymore, it wasn't a big deal as far as withdrawls.

It worked for her and I'm glad it's working for you, just wanted to post the side effects that's all.

It only 'half' worked for me.
I went to sleep immediately, but then was wide awake 20 minutes later. :-/

No side effects to date. Something that works well for me and I'm hopeful that it will continue to do so. Phil
