Anybody know anything about this drug or Butalabol-bc my 89 year old mom god bless her soul is always coming up with these drugs to help me most I've all ready been on one time or other . Thanks Drap [smiley=huh.gif]

Stuff is pretty good on tension headaches but it won't do squat for a cluster!

Tried it before we knew I was having clusters. Didn't touch em. Will save for something else, since I have plenty.

Firoinal was prescribed to me in the mid 80's. It's the only narcotic pain killer that ever seemed to work on the cluster mechanism. By that I mean not only did it deaden the pain like codeine or vicodain would, I could feel it loosening the grip of the cluster.

That being said, the narcotic road is fraught with peril. I was lucky enough to find lithium as an effective preventative when on cycle, and 02, cafergot and imitrex as my abortives so the narcs got pitched.

Fiorinal is not a narcotic.

It is classifed as a barbiturate.

Oops.........Joe's failure to consult the PDR is revealed! My bad, that's why I so hesitate to give any medical advice cuz for the life of me I can't keep it all straight! Anyways, it did a little good for me, but not enough to stick with it. Much better stuff out there!!!

I tried it and it doesnt do anything for my ch or migraines.
