Hey everyone,
Just thought I'd give you an update. It is over a month since I usually get my cycle. I haven't had one HA. This is the first year in 6 that i haven't had the cycle on time. What's the reason? Who knows....the only thing different about this year is my 2 psilocybin doses and daily meditation. I don't want to beat a dead horse with this meditation thing....but I really think there is something to it. If anyone currently meditates daily or did in the past during a time when the had clusters I would be very very interested to hear from you. Painfree wishes. Michael

Hey Michael, glad to hear your a no hitter, with doing the shroom thing. So did ya take the 2 doses to prevent them, or just in case?

I've gone between 1 - 3 years before with no hits.
Loved every minute of it.
