I just started on 02 therapy last week and one difference that I have noticed is that nowI seem to be getting more hits.
What I mean is like last night I got woke up about 1:15 and hit the bottle almost right away.(Building up from about a 4) After 15min. @8ltrs pains was gone I stayed on the bottle for 5 min more then went back to bed in about 15 min.
Then low and behold aroung 4:30 My not a very nice person friend woke me up again for the same routine. This time I stayed up to get the kid off to school then rested for a couple more hours.
In the past I would only get rousted once a night this
time it's twice or more. The only difference between now and then is the 02 therapy. Is this normal for 02, or is this not a very nice person getting bigger and stronger, as we are both getting older.

That's hard one, Bill, and like any treatment we try it's always a bit of a lottery. I've had reasonable success with O2 over the years but well remember one cycle where it sent an ordinary kip6 to around 167.5 in the space of half a minute.

Most people swear by 12-15 LPM and a non-rebreather mask. if your not using these then you are probably not getting what you need out of the 02.

But then again im not a doctor, ive just had chronic CH for over 30 years ;)

Sounds like your just going into a peak cycle Bill. I agree with Jonny, a 15 Liter Per Minute regulator is worth the investment. I also put a link on the bottom of the page for a clustermasx, its inexpensive and makes a diffence.
