Title: Re: Hey Guys quick Caffeine Question.. Post by pattik on Sep 2nd, 2006, 1:00pm No, I just down as much strong coffee as I can at the onset, as long as it's a daytime hit, that is. I don't like to get used to high levels of caffeine because then it won't be as effective for me when I really need it. |

Title: Re: Hey Guys quick Caffeine Question.. Post by Sandy_C on Sep 3rd, 2006, 2:54pm I have always had a very low tolerance to caffeine. My usual routine is two cups of black coffee in the morning - and tha't's it for the day. More than that, I literally get the shakes in my hands, and even shaking of my head. Plus the fact, that I absolutely cannot sleep at night. But, in cycle, caffeine is my friend, although I still try to limit my intake as much as possible. It appears that the beast is trying to come back in to my life for another go round, so right now, I'm trying one of the alternative treatments along with Red Bull, and so far, it seems to be working. Using the Red Bull, I still get the shakes, so it's only a daytime treatment for me. That may have to change is the beast gets through my locked door! Sandy |
