I have been taking 15mg of melatonin at night and getting 1 heavy shadow and one real hit every night. last night I took 20 mg. remember dose is usually based on body weight and I am two people in one. slept like a baby last night. No shadows or anything except great sleep. Yah

6-9mg has always been my # but hey I'm a wee lad @ 5'10 and 2 bills ( gotta shed my pregnancy weight)

6'2" and 185. I take 9 mg in cycle, 3mg out of cycle. But there's more of you than there is of me.

Anyone know what a toxic dose might be? I'm pretty sure no one's hit it, since big_guy posted today. ;)

20 mg again last night and another pain free night of blessed sleep. I am liking this.
There is a lot more of me. 6'8" and as much as 365 lbs although when this cycle started I was down to about 325. The prednisone is ruining that. Blowing up like a balloon
