I have written to the Clustermasx "guy" a couple of times lately about my mask. I don't seem to be getting a reply. One of the messages I know for sure was opened, though. Anybody know anything about why I might not be getting a reply? We can still get Clustermasx's; can't we?

I am talking about messages I have sent in the past several days. It is the time of year for vacations so I have to be patient, I guess. I wish my CH would take a vacation - that would sure be nice.

I ordered mine about 2 1/2 weeks ago and received it in 4 days.

Maybe he doesn't answer emails and only responds to money! ;;D

Hey, I am more than happy to order another one. For what it does for me that's a no-brainer as far as I am concerned. I just want to find out if the one I have is worn out. I told "him" in the message that purchase of a new one was a certainty if it turned out to be.

Thank you Sandy_C for giving me the clustermasx link. I printed it to take to my neuro appointment on Wed the 23rd. I used O2 before but it stopped working about 3 years ago BUT going to give it a try again and you helped me remeber to print about the masx and to ask for O2. Thanking you Terry
