No I am not..........no need since not getting any :-/

Seriously though it makes sense being that it functions as a vaso DILATOR.

Good luck brother with both heads and may it be a painfree ride!!

I've heard that before. :-[

For that matter, I dated a guy who, when he was in cycle, sex was a trigger for him...   :-[   At least you're not him    ;;D

During the OUCH convention, I believe, it was mentioned that it can be a trigger.

Hopefully one of the OUCH convention speakers can verify this for you.

Can't tell if being sarcasatic.

Plenty of room for humor on this side too.

Honestly, you will not know until you try and you should not let you fear of an attack stop you from trying.

Have your abortives ready just in case but most definitely go for it!!!!

Headache is listed as a side effect for all users, not just CH sufferers, and I understand it's pretty common.

I can tell you the couple times I used it I got slammed about an hour after I took it. Kip 7-8.

Good thing I get my business done in far less time than that! ;;D

Well, good for ME, I guess. Not necessarily good for everyone involved. :o

When I was a little younger I could dammn near abort
a headache by turning my thoughts to sex, with a little oxygen of course.
Now I am newly married, 4 years. And it has been a joy to be in a great relationship and very very active at at 58 years old.
Now I am in the worst cycle of my life, 4 months. and Viagra is a trigger.
I have got to get out of this cycle,, life is great and I am missing out on it. :-/

I'm pretty sure they're all vaso-dialators.

I recently found out the "hard way" that Viagra is a major CH trigger for me ... my usual fall/winter CH cycle started a few weeks ago, pretty mild at first (3-4) and I ramped up Verapamil to 720mg (usually take 240 year round for blood pressure and CH prevention), attacks dropped off from daily to every 3 day or so and barely a problem (2-3kip). Great ... I start to feel frisky again, take 50mg Viagra and had a great time for awhile ... that night an attack, about a 7 ... since then I'm getting hit nightly at about a kip6-7.

With Viagra and CH, it's "you play, you pay!"

I did not go on the usual prednisone blast this cycle since the hits were so mild to start with ... just ramped up the Verapamil. Today I'm going to see my doc to get his approval on increasing the Verapamil to 840 or 960/day. If I get another 7 tonight I'm going to do the Prednisone blast as well (ugh!).  -John

After my prostate surgery I was a little fearful because I knew that I would have to take Viagra to get the little guy up and running. So far I haven't had any issues, however I am currently not in a cluster. I am taking 25mil daily and then ramp it up to 100 mil for thoes special moments  ;). I have not had as much as a shadow since I have been on it and that has been since Aug. 1st.
