Has anybody tried this one?  It's a anti-depressant, but is supposed to help with neuropathic pain and peripheral neuropathy. I'm so limited to what I can try.

A few people have reported improving on tricyclics - don't remember if it was nor- or amil- tryptiline, probably not that much difference.

The tricyclics have been shown to prevent migraines, while the SSRI's do not. No good studies on antidepressants and clusters AFAIK.
