i just went out and got some kudzu 4 my husband there 150mg and he mainly has his ch of a nite right when he gos 2 bed so would that be the best time 2 take it and how much?

I use the liquid extract, 2 ml three times a day. 1 ml is equal to 100 mg of pueraria lobata, so it would be slightly less that the 150 mg.

I use it as soon as I get up, around 11:30 am, and in the evening. Those three times work best for me.

What brand did you buy?

I took Nature's Way. The label says to take 2, 3x's a day.

It takes a while for it to build up in the body. You should take the recommended dosage. Also...take it at the same time every day.

I took it for 10 months....I never missed a dose.

I really don't think taking just one before bed is gonna work.

Post here the brand...and the dosage listed. That'll help a bit more.

I agree with Jean and would take what it says on the bottle. I made the mistake of monkeying around with the dosage during my last cycle and was not taking enough each day. It wasn't until toward the end of my cycle that I increased to what is recommended on the bottle, and my attacks decreased quite a bit in severity and duration.
